Toy Story Parking Lot shuttle

Does the shuttle run from open to close of the parks? Is it a bus shuttle? How often does the shuttle run? And where do you get dropped of at Disneyland? We are within walking distance to this parking lot so I am curios if this is a convenient way of getting got the parks. Thanks

We used it last year as we where staying at a hotel right next to it. It runs before and after the parks close. I believe it is at least an hr before parks open. They are like ur city buses, some are Art buses when they need extra. When you get on the bus the driver anounces the hours the bus will be running. It drops you off right in front of the security check on the other end of Disneyland from DTD.

thanks for the response, so what is usually the longest wait for one to show up or is it 1bus a hour?

The busses run constantly and it seems like there are always a lot of them going. If you can walk into the lot and pick-up place, then you should be good. I've been when lines to board are long but they move pretty quickly. My experience with the Toy Story lot is that the car traffic getting into it can be awful. It gets really backed up. For that reason we avoid it always in favor of Mickey's lot (I feel it's better organized for heavy traffic most of the time). The busses drop you in the main vehicle esplanade which puts you at the security check then into the main courtyard for both park entrances.

One minute tops from the parking lot. There was always at least 3 buses waiting. When we headed back from the parks it was a little more 15-20 mins at the longest. They always had buses lined up and waiting, the thing that took so long was the sheer amount of people leaving and getting into the buses. It was very efficient and smooth.
