Toy Story Mania seating

After reading about getting fast passes for TSM I was wondering how many people can fit in one car, cart..whatever it is...never rode it yet.
Will we be able to ride as two people or do we have to make room for more?

The car seats 4 people back to back. 2 on one side 2 on th other side. Sometimes I have seen two adults with a small child in the middle or 1 adult and 2 children. But for the most part 2 adults.

There are 8 people per vehicle, but your seated in pairs and you don't interact with any of the other 6 people. In fact, four of them will be behind you and you can't really see them at all. Two people will be next to you in the ride, but they're far enough away that you can't really talk to them. Each pair gets their own screen with their own game.

Actually, it's two seperate cars, connected to each other. In each car two face forward, 2 face backward when loading and moving into the game area. Then the cars turn sideways, and "play" begins.

There are two "guns" for shooting in each seating section (front & back) of the car, so while it might be possible to fit an adult & 2 children in a section of the car (or 2 adults & one child), the 3rd person would not be able to participate.

ACK! There are 3 of us....2 adults & 1 child. Obviously, one adult and one child will ride together. Will the other adult ride alone or will they have to ride with a stranger?

You should be able to ride alone with no problem.

However, riding with stranger is more fun: since it's a shooting video arcade game. It's better if you have someone to compete with.

(They're really big benches because they want to give you enough space to shoot and weave your gun around, you won't be rubbing on the stranger).

Do a yahoo image search for "Toy Story mania" and you'll get photos of the buggies you sit in.
