Any ideas on when promo's or codes will come out for TS3? The pre-order price on Amazon is $28.99. Hate to spend it, but it's the blue-ray/dvd combo. Thoughts? :confused3

Not until much closer to release date. There should be a save $10 coupon like all other recent Disney bluray releases, but the site doesn't go active until right around release date. That is usually a better option than Amazon.

I have been making out great pre-ordering at Toys R Us, it is typically a $5 deposit and then you can use any coupon when you pick up. Right now if you pre-order Beauty and the Beast, you get $10 off any other Disney movie that day (might have to be BluRay?) I had the $10 James and the Giant Peach coupon and got an additional $10 off. If you pre-order the new Tink movie you get a $10 gift card when you pick up the movie. Not sure what deal they are doing yet for TS3, if anyone knows please share, I am dying to know what the deal is!

My DH was emailed a one time $8 off coupon from Amazon for TS3. I think it has to be used in the next week or so. That's the only one I've seen so far.

Having jumped on nearly every Disney movie since these promos started, here's what I think will play-out:

We should see some sort of coupon deal about 5-7 days prior to the "street date" of November 2 -- most likely, it will be $10 off a Blu-ray/DVD/Digital Copy package -- not sure how (or when) it will go for a DVD-only release.

Add that coupon to "day one" pricing (or through Saturday at Target stores), and you should get a nice little package for around 15-17 bucks!

I received this email this morning and used that coupon. I figure that's at least a good deal, and with the pre-order price guarantee, I could get an even better price in the end.

Hmmmm... Wonder how you get this coupon? Just bought a few things from Amazon this morning and that's how I even found out when TS3 was coming out.

I think it may have had something to do with the fact that I signed up to be notified by email when the dvd would be available for purchase. The other possibility is that I've bought Disney/Pixar movies from Amazon before, because the email did mention something about the fact that I've shown interest in those--I'm sure it's partly big brother watching my amazon purchases/surfing and partly the email I signed up for :confused3 Either way, it got me to buy!

I got the Amazon e-mail, too.

I bought the first 2 from them on Blu-Ray Combo Pack so maybe that has something to do with it?

I pre-ordered it. Can't beat $21 for a Blu-Ray.
