Townhouse/house with pool to accomodate 14

Can anyone give me some suggestions? I am organizing a trip for my family, with 4 families involved here. We need lots of room, close to Disney of course. What are our choices?? Thank you for your help.

You will need a 6 bedroom pool home at least. Some of them sleep 14 but some only 12. You can only have the number of people that they're licensed for.
Subdivisions closest to Disney that would have what you're looking for would be Windsor Hills or Palms, Rolling Hills, Acadia Estates, Indian Creek, Oak Island, Emerald Island and Formosa Gardens. Some of these are 7 and 8 bedroom homes. They're all within 5 - 10 min of Disney. If you look at the VRBO site you can get an idea of what they're like. This is the listings page for Kissimmee:

If you go down to the bottom right hand corner you can bring up the area you're interested in.
There's also sites like www.homeaway.com, www.greatrentals.com (Kissimmee area) etc.
We always rent directly from the owners so that you know the exact house you're getting and where it's at, no substitutions like sometimes happens when using a rental company. Good luck and if you have any more questions just post them.

Another option if each family needs their own space is to book a number of townhomes on the same resort - close to each other

Personally I would recomend a 7 bedroom so every one has a place to go to when over stimulated. JMHO
