Towncars - recommendations!

We have been using Tiffany Towncar for many years but the last few trips, we have been disappointed. Any suggestions?

I asked this question a couple of days ago and received a couple of recommendations for Tiffany Town Car. Can I ask what was disappointing about them?

Haven't tried them, but I'd give FL Tours a try simply because they are a sponsor of the DIS.

I have used Tiffany, ****** and Happy Limo. We've only used Happy Limo once because I wasn't happy with them, LOL. The others I have used multiple times.

I was overcharged for my return trip to the airport on my last trip (first of November) and just got it straightened out yesterday. The gentlemen was a little cocky about the whole situation. And, the return car was dirty. Thought I might try somewhere else.

I switched from Tiffany to Towncar Service of Orlando about three years ago and have been very happy...and I have actually never used them! But I have hired them to transport my daughter back and forth from the airport to UCF and now to our condo. She has had great service with me and they are always really nice when I contact them.

Don't use Happy limo!!! We used them last yr. everything was fine was even upgraded. This past August however was a nightmare! They had wrong telephone number and said they called to confirm and never did. Didn't show up at airport b/c I didn't receive call. I told them not to bother coming that we were getting a cab and to refund my $$ onto my cc. Funny how they had the right cc # to charge me though. I will never use them again!!!

I still recommend Tiffany. We had a wonderful drive and she did the pick-up at the airport and was our drive on the return to the airport. We tipped her nicely... Very friendly and helpful.

I've used TCS of Orlando too for the last two cruises that I've taken and have been very pleased with them. I always deal with the owner when calling and he's been great! It's nice to see that someone else has heard of them because I was starting to think that I was his only customer

I feel really bad about not using Tiffany as we loved Sam (driver). But, we have requested him every time and now we never seem to get him. In fact, one driver told us that we shouldn't be requesting drivers as it doesn't do any good. I think he just didn't like that we had asked for someone else.

HAHA I sort of thought that too - I found them when someone recommended them on the boards and thought I would give them a try. My daughter has always had a man (Ken? I think) except for the last time when she had a woman.

We've used Murray Hill Transportation many times and never had a issue. But we usually have a pretty large group and get a van, not a town car. Although once we have a beautiful SUV.
