Just back. I had booked Tiffany (we used them in Apr04) but cancelled after they did not respond to my emails requesting confirmation of the rate and the grocery stop. I waited 15 days and then cancelled. They answered my email the very next day and then answered the email noting my cancellation.
I ended up booking with Murray Hill - they responded promptly. The funny thing is that we got to the car and the plates said Tiffany on them. Worried for a sec that we'd left the Murray Hill driver hanging until I recalled that our driver's sign said Murray Hill on it. I asked the driver and he said they drive under many names.
Everything worked out perfectly - it was just kind of funny.
