Towncar grocery stop

Can you pick the stop or does the driver chose where they stop?
The websites just say free grocery stop.
I know there are some stores that are waaaay more expensive than others.
Just curious.

We have requested certain stores but not often. The drivers are very knowledgable as to the quality of stores they take you to. If you are arriving late your choices are fewer and you may only have the expensive Goodings available. We only request a certain Publix when we need to go back later in the week and pick up our T'giving day dinner. One driver we had lent us his courtesy card at Albertson's and told us about their Fax ahead option. We have gotten our own card since then. We have faxed our order the day ahead and it is already selected and waiting for us in a cold room. We show our card and the order is rung up and we are on our way. If we don't use wegoshop then we use Albertons.

We used prestige and were VERY pleased. You can stop anywhere. He even offered to go to Mc Donalds so my kids could get lunch!!
