Towncar conformation

I requested a towncar from the Tiffany website a few weeks ago and I still have not had any conformation from them. Is that normal? I expected a quick ‘we got you covered’ email at the least. :

Normally you receive a confirmation almost immediately. I would e-mail them again and ask if they received your request.

We did not get an email either so I called and everything was fine. I called today just to reconfirm our pickup tomorrow evening at MCO!!!!

Same here when I called to book, the email confirmation was almost immediate!

I never got an email confirmation.

I just printed the confirmation sheet that popped up when I reserved online.

I sent them an email and there are no problems, they had my reservation.
