Towncar Confirmation?

How long should it take to get a Towncar reservation confirmation back from YourRide?

I don't know about Your Ride but I did not get a written confirmation when I used Tiffany Towncar. I DID get a confirmation number which I used to call and confirm the ressie before we traveled.
