Town Square

I know this is a place for more random characters. What characters have been seen here recently? What other places are there for random characters at DLR? Thanks.

I don't think any place has random characters.

Town Square hosts, Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Cruella, Alice, Mad Hatter, and a few more.

All the characters usually have defined spots becides Alice/Mad hatter they are found various locations.
Town square has the fab five and also theres Cruella at times.

Pooh and Friends in critter corner
Woody and Jessie in frontierland.
Minnie and Mickey at their house.
The princesses at their meet and greet.
Rapunzel at her meet and greet.


For "odd" characters I would eat at Minnie and Friends breakfast, theres some great characters that they have there!!

I've seen Eeyore in Town Square and Cruella in Toontown in November, that was definitely odd.

Pinocchio and Geppetto were there too, but that happens pretty often.

Random characters... I was waiting to meet Snow White when she was out at the wishing well when Mary Poppins and Bert walked past, with Peppermint the Penguin trailing behind them. As you can imagine the Snow White line got one person shorter very quickly. We ended up following them all over Fantasyland, but I got my Penguin picture.

I've also seen Brer Bear and Brer Fox in Critter Country, they're not always there. Does that count as random? They're all over the place there too, I've seen them near the Pooh Meet and Greet, hiding in the Splash Mountain queue and on the bridge.

Sometimes characters show up on the path near BTM, but that seems to be on hold while Santa is there.

There's also been at least one character at the entrance near the Mickey floral during our November stay. Usually it were Aladdin and Jasmine, but sometimes other princesses, Cruella or the Evil Queen. Apparently we missed the White Rabbit there by ten minutes.

In DCA there's normally one or two characters near the Animation Academy, but it's been a while since I've seen a more rare character there. Usually it's Sulley, Max or Stitch or Playhouse Disney characters.

During the middle of the day Princesses and others quitely travel from the Cast entrance at Tomorrowland to the side paths of the Castle.
They are out at random times for about 20 minutes, if you do not find one check back in 15-20 minutes. There can be as many as 8 or 9, or none, at any one time. They are not real visible to most guests who travel up the center drawbridge path.

Or, Play Musical Chairs at 2:30 at the Coke corner with the Hatter and Alice. You never know who else will shoe up: Capt'n Hook, Peter Pan, White rabbit, Queen of Hearts are normal. But they have had rare ones like the mice from Cinderella (Suzy and Purla) or even Princess Jasmine!
