Hi. I have been looking into various companys to take us to AKL. It seems the cheapest are Prestige and Cartier .
Has anyone one used either one and can recommend them? Also, do the prices included the tip and any toll fees we have to pay.

I have used Cartier 3 times in the past and are planning on using them again this month to take to to/from port. They have been very accomodating since every time that we fly into MCO, there is bad weather and we end up 1-2 hours late. They have always been there to pick us up. I have used both the towncar and the van service so if you were looking for either of those, I can comment on them right now. We will be getting a limo for the cruise, so I will know about that as well very soon.

Their rate does not include tips, which is done at your discretion. They do not charge any extra fees like tolls. Usually I tip at 20% or more, so I tip $10 on the way to the hotel and $10 on the way to the airport.
