Town Car pick-up time back to MCO: Is it negotiable?

We are flying out of MCO at 7:00 a.m., and the Towncar company said they want to pick us up at 4:45 a.m. at the Widerness Lodge. I would rather have them come at 5:30. Should I call and ask about it, or are they firm in their pick-up times? Thanks for any info.

I think 5:30 is pushing it. 2 hours was the standard pre-9/11. It's early in the morning, so there shouldn't be traffic but I wouldn't go less than 2 hours. You never know if there will be a problem.

It takes half an hour to get to the airport and then your flight boards at 6:30. That only leaves you half an hour to get checked in and through security. That is not enough time. The airport can be crowded early morning.
