Tower of Terror Waits

I noticed Wait Times for ToT have been high again (91 mins last check) and the change in Tiers has yet to occur. Are they running 2 elevators? I thought the Re-furb was completed about a week or so ago? Or is that a "normal" wait time for CL of 5, at noon?

I don’t know anything except for wait times, but waits have been back at historical norms pretty consistently for the last 2 weeks.

FastPass availability is excellent starting tomorrow, which leads me to believe they are confident they can run both sides.

Only one elevator was running on 8/27, FWIW. VIP tour CM said they weren’t finished w refurb but idk if that’s accurate. Could have been due to power outages on 8/26 (bad storm).

We were there last week and all the elevators were running.

We were at DHS the last week.

Thursday morning they had both sides open. Later in the day they only had 1 side open.

We also saw waits range from 20 mins to over 90 mins.

It was the most inconsistent wait time attraction the 8 days I was watching on MDE

This past Monday the lines were long and FPs unavailable. Today it was almost a walk on with FPs wide open. But then again the park was deader than I have ever seen it this afternoon (not counting SWGE, although truth be told in have no idea where in the park that even is).

All elevators open yesterday afternoon. Posted time was around 20 minutes for lots of the day. ToT came up often and easily while I refreshed for fastpasses. (After burning a Disney Jr Dance Party and Frozen Sing Along).

Funny that we were stuck on Tower of Terror at the exact date and time that you made this post! Only one elevator was operating at the time and because of Rockin Roller Coaster being down the fastpass line was 30 min when we got in it. And then we were stuck on the ride for 20 min.
