With it closing in a few weeks and the work that's already being done is it still the same experience inside?

We are going right after Xmas and DD has finally worked up the nerve to ride it this time so I am hoping it will be the same inside as it has been so she can see the full experience?

Are they changing the inside now as well or is that all going to happen after they close it?

We just rode it Dec. 1 - same experience inside - same theming. I asked the "bellhop" if he had received his pink slip yet :)

Yep, it's the same inside......we took several pictures of things in the Lobby, because I'm sure it's the last we will see of them...(cool artifacts!)

If you stay later in the day, they have "Late Check Out" If your DD has worked up even more nerves :), they turn off the lights inside the ride! The ride is still the same, but lights out makes it really fun, especially if you haven't ridden it in a while. When I last went "Late Check Out" started after 6, but ask a CM for current times.

Have fun!

We are going next week as a quick trip to get to ride it one final time before they change it to Guardian's and we can't wait to try the "Late Check Out" version at night.

ToT is (was) one of our favourite rides and we will miss it.

I rode it yesterday. The inside is still cute and has all the stuff. The outside looks terrible. Scaffolding and people working on it.

Ok cool, thanks for the reply's. Good to know it will be the same inside. Cant wait to go!
