The drops are random. It is never exactly the same. I have been on it about 6-7 times and am terrified getting on each time, but for some reason keep doing it. It could be my 6 year old wanting to do it and if she can, I certainly should be able to. Because the drops are never quite the same, some have been scarier than others.

Actually the drops on DL ToT are NOT random. At WDW they are but at DL they are not.![]()

With all the bellyachin' I've been doing about this, would you believe the very, very first roller coaster I ever went on was the Superman in Six Flags (the one that goes 0-100 mph, and is in a L-shape.) Worse yet, I was in the front row, with an outside seat. Guess what? I LOVED IT!! The hang time was so cool, and Superman was right above me looking down. Our hair and necklaces were all floating in the air. (It was also the first time I ever heard my sister curse - haha!) So... we shall see. Maybe if I try TOT at the end of the day and freak out, I can just go back to the hotel and sleep it off.Not sure what this means, but there are many drops and there sure seemed to be no pattern when I was grabbing those bars on the side of my seat praying for it to just stop.![]()

I screamed the ENTIRE time and seeing this big, strong guy chicken out just before the ride started did not help me any.
The lifting out of my seat might have been the worst part. It truly made me feel I was not locked in properly and was terrified I was going to pop out on each next drop.
