tower of terror opening time?

thanks to the lovely people from this board i have finally decided to have my 6th visit to DLP at the start of feb 08. (Im really excited as im going to be staying in castle club at the DLH! )

I was just wondering if tower of terror will definetley be open by then or if the opening in jan is just a rumor.
