While I'm no lawyer, there seem to be multiple flaws with the argument being made, the definitions of contract, etc. What I gather of the story (beyond just what is cited in her side of the story here) combined with my gut feeling, is that they would have had no problem with her riding as much as she wanted through the regular queue. That they even offered her unlimited fastpass is, IMO, ridiculous, but at the very least well beyond what they were required to do.

The "fact" about being accused of using profanity when she never actually did is probably a complete lie.

I would imagine a basic out of court settlement so that Disney doesn't have to continue to deal with this individual.
