Tower of Terror at DCA

My wife returned from a confrence where she met up with several Disney Cast Members (Imagineers) and when they found out what a Disney fan she was, in their long disscusion, they told her several projects that were on the board. The biggest of these was at Disney California Adventure. Because of the poor attendence and poor guest satisfaction and with the pullout of several vendors, they decided that they needed more and better rides to help attendence. They told her where they used to have the show for the winery, they will replace that area with the Tower of Terror.
I do hope this is true. Anyone else hear this also?

It is true. They've already started construction on ToT and a Fliks Fun Fair which will be themed towards kids.
