I asked this question on the cruise board, and I got an answer for that part of my trip, but I'm now wondering about taking our own towels for the POR pool and Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon.

I would love NOT to have to take towels for six people, but don't want to be at the pool with only hotel towels the size of postage stamps.

So,should I take towels or not?

Thanks,
Lori P. :)

We went last month to both water parks and just stopped by the pool (beach club) and got towels before we left for the water park. Yes, the towels are small, but we just took 2 per person. They were the exact same towels that they rent at the parks for $1.00 each. Then when we were done with them, we just put them in the hampers they provide at the water park and didn't have to cart them back to the hotel. :sunny:

I can't remember....do the hotels provide towels down at their pools?

The All Stars and Pop Century does not supply towels at the pool but do tell you to take towels from the room and we have never had a problem getting extras in fact usually the 1st day we request extra towels for the pool then the mousekeeper leaves extra towels daily we usually end up with a few extra towels we never used in the room.

Disney resorts has never been stingy with their towels that is for sure.

Now if I was going to go to water park I'd prolly take my own towels from home for that.
