Towels at BC & YC

I have read mixed feelings regarding the towels at the Disney resort pools. Specifically how are the ones at Stormalong Bay?

We are driving so throwing an extra bag of pool towels in the truck is not a problem, but I really like the idea of being able to grab dry ones whenever we want to swim and not having to find places to dry mine out in the room.

What problems are people reporting with the resort towels? I've never heard any issues, we have used the resort towels each trip and find them perfectly adequate - can't imagine what there could be to dislike about them.

Huge stacks of clean towels in various bins around the pools, you can take as many as you like and dispose of them in the used towel bin on your way out. If you wear one or two back to the room, mousekeeping will take care of them. Easy.

I've never even considered taking my own, but then I've read of people packing their own hangers and that puzzles me, too.

I can't imagine what the complaints would be about the pool towels. Usually plenty available at multiple locations around the pool and you just pitch them in the bin at the gate on your way out. No muss, no fuss.

I just read that they were small and cheap feeling. I am not a towel snob by any means and really just love the option of grabbing clean ones and dropping the wet ones. Figure it is no different than when we cruise and use the ship towels

They were fine and they will let you grab a couple if you want. I had no problem with them at SAB (or CR)

Another vote for the towels being more than adequate at SAB. There were always lots and lots of towels available and they were just fine. Not huge but definitely not too small.

I was there last month and we had no issues with the pool towels.
