Do they have towels at the Disney hotels I can bring to the water parks, or should I pack one?

You can rent towels at the water parks or you can take your room towels and then ask for additional ones from housekeeping.

$2 each, but of course, you must leave them at the WP.

If you bring towels with you from your WDW resort (the standard procedure for WP towels,) you will be able to
take them back to the resort and sit on them, or wrap up in them, if you are still damp.

I would suggest that you ask for the replacement towels before you go to the water park (but don't wait for them to arrive before you leave). You can also leave a note for your housekeeper for extras. If you get back and you don't have replacement towels, you can call housekeeping or go to the front desk for more.

And...
Depending on which WDW resort, sometimes there are towels provided at the resort pool(s.)
Often, guests take those pool towels to the Water Parks.
