Alright....you guys.....my conscious just got the better of me! I just called the Wilderness Lodge directly. (407-824-3200)

I told her that we had excellent housekeeping service, and just checked out a few days ago. I also told her about the little washcloth animals that our housekeeper left, and that we took them home and should I send in some money to reimburse the cost. I was told "no, do not worry about it, they're yours to keep. Have a magical day!"

There you have it.

My first towel animals ever were at All Star Sports. So I would say that you have a chance of getting them at All Star Movies.

Its totally a random thing. When I stayed at AKL we didn't get any Towel Animals, we did however comeback to my son's stuffed animals waiting on the bed looking at the door. Like they were waiting for us to come home.

Thank you for the welcome. I have been watching this board forever and finally decided to join in!! We just got back from the Polynesian and had a WONDERFUL time. Now, I'm trying to sneak in a weekend to go back!!

Kind of hard for them to say anything else since it's all after the fact. I would suggest asking the GM or the head of housekeeping at the resort before I took them.

This is the first time I've seen this question asked and to be honest - I do not think Disney Management expects it customers to keep the towels.

But, then again I'm not Disney and could not answer this question.
