Can someone tell me how much this cost?

Also, can you just pick certain days to have it, or is it every day or none (beside the scheduled every three days)?

Costs nothing for you regularily scheduled one every 4th day, but I believe is $10 a day otherwise.

And yes you can chose to have it on what ever days you want for the ones you pay for.
