I am so happy to see a number of tours reopening. We've never done one but would like to try. Can anyone recommend one that would be enjoyable for 2 adults, 2 18-yo, 14 and 12? (I know 18 is adult, but if you knew them...)
Thank you!

Also - it is showing no availability after 3/9 (the day we arrive)...like it closes, maybe? I can't even advance the month. Thank you!

I honestly have not heard people take a tour and not enjoy it. They seem to all be well done. I would choose one based on the interest of your family first, then reviews second.

We did Caring for Giants and it was a great first tour for us.

Many tours are not being offered right now so that will play into your decision too.

We did the up close with rhinos a couple years ago and was one of the coolest experiences ever. You actually get to touch a rhino! We are doing the wild Africa trek in February and can’t wait!

I have heard that the Wild Africa Trek is great. We were supposed to do it Summer 2020.

You will probably be limited in tours available. There was one scavenger hunt type tour for the family in Magic Kingdom. Most require you to be at least 16 due to liability issues.

I think this recently changed. Have wanted to do the wild Africa trek for a few years and haven’t for that reason. It’s now 8 and up as long as they are 48 inches. Not sure what others were previously restricted, I know my daughter was under 10 when we did up close with rhinos.

Last time we went we did the Aqua tour in the The Living Seas and that was awesome but they don't have it right now. If they did, we would do it again. This year we are going to do the Wild Africa trek. AK is my son's favorite park and he can't wait for this one.

We did this tour twice. My boys begged us to do it again after the first time.

The first one was the snorkeling tour because he had just turned old enough to go on it. Now he want to get diving certification so he can dive in the Living Sea! LOL

We did Caring for Giants with two of our boys when they were 11 and 15... it was very interesting and a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the parks.

I am hoping for Up Close With Rhinos for our April trip.

we were looking at Wild Africa Trek or Savor the Savanna but though they pop up as available when we put our dates in, when you go to pick your time it lists none available. Either they already sold out (then why list them for the selected dates?) or it is Disney stellar IT at work.

I'm seeing a lot of issues with trying to book tours. I've tried selecting dates that show availability and get the same thing you do with no dates available. I'm thinking it's Disney IT glitches. My window hasn't opened yet but we're planning on doing Keys to the Kingdom on a Saturday so I've been looking to see times/availability on Saturdays in general and seeing nothing....

We’ve done Savor the Savanah and Keys to the Kingdom. Savor is fun for older kids - the tour around AK was very good and the cast members shared so much about the animals. The dinner was served on a beautiful veranda in the middle of the Savannah with giraffes all around. Keys is a longer tour that might be a lot for kids/teens.

We’ve done the Caring for Giants, Ultimate Day of Thrills and two VIP tours. I’d recommend all.

I'm thinking of doing this tour with grandkids (9 and 11) in Sept 22. What did you like or dislike about this tour? What did you want to see or would have liked to see on the tour? Thanks in advance... G-kids also expressed interest in Rhino tour but there seems to be less info on that one on the Disney website.... So... if anyone has input on that one, I would love to hear your thoughts.
DH and I did the Keys to the Kingdom tour a few years back and loved that and so am a little familiar on how great the tours are.
