Tours if it is raining

Do the tours still continue in the rain? I am thinking yes, but I am just wondering how that works?
Has anyone done a tour in the rain?
We are supposed to do the train tour on the 13th-100% rain chance, with thunderstorms as well as the gardens tour at epcot on Friday, 80% that day.

Those percentages do not mean it will rain the entire day. It's all too early for an accurate forecast for those days.

We've never done a tour at any of the parks but we've seen them going in the rain, unless it's lightening and dangerous outside, they keep going. But don't look at the weather just yet. It may change and it might pour at one park and drizzle at another. You just don't know.

My second time doing Keys to the Kingdom it started pouring a couple hours into the tour. We found a covered area in the backstage part of the tour and our guide told us all kinds of cool stories about working there, since she had worked there for over 20 years in several positions. Once the rain slowed down to a manageable amount we continued.
