So I'm researching tours to possibly take the next time we happen to go to Disney. My mother is hard of hearing and uses hearing aids. I've read that the tours give you an ear piece to hear better, but what about those with hearing aids? Do they have special ones?

Thanks!

You will have to verify what is available with Disability Service. They do have assisted listening devices but it can also depend on what type of hearing aids she uses. Some have T-coil but not all

Thank you! I figured as much, but thought I would ask anyways. Still in the planning stages, but I will call them when we make a decision.

The tours in Disneyland had much better hearing devices. Both my daughter and I were able to use them successfully.

The ones at WDW were not as good. In fact, they were horrible. We stopped using them soon after the tour started because they were so bad! Our tour guide was inexperienced, and really didn't care. (It was all about him!)

Good luck to you. Think positively - maybe you'll get a good one! :goodvibes
