Touring the Tower of Terror and other Ghoulish Delights! Sept 13 TR | FINALx2 4/17!!!

I am so loving your trip report. The picture you took of the castle after the Kiss Goodnight, is simply spectacular!! Wow. The one of you and Matt is very cute too. :)

Ok so definitely I need you to tell me about the "quick sand portions" of SAB. I don't like the sound of that at all.

HAPPENING UPON CHARACTER TRAINING IS THE BEST. THE. BEST. I literally screamed once as we were in Epcot last time near the convention center and they opened the gates and there were like 8 characters. Oh how lovellyyyyyy.

We tried to Ellen's Universe on our last trip but it was closed. Is it really 40 minutes? Would you say it's worth it? Like at least on a super hot day, right?

SECOND DRINK. :rotfl: Pam is a genius. Second drink IS the best. When its alcohol especially, it makes me feel like I'm hydrating! Perfect!

Pete almost bought that Haunted Mansion shirt. I love that it glows in the dark! Unfortunately, they didn't have his size, so he just got another one. Doesn't glow in the dark but still good.

I love your photos of Wishes over the Beast's castle!
AND I LOVE THE KISS GOODNIGHT. I cried really really hard. Man, the way they make the castle glitter...and the song...and and and just. ugh. It's so perfect.

Holy poop! That nutella waffle looks AMAZINGGGG! I cannot even describe how good that looks right now. OM NOM NOM!

I have been inspired to ride Dumbo this time around. WOO! I love going in September for the pure lack of crowds. Woooo little lines! I've only gone in September so I'm pretty sure if I went during a busy time I'd probably combust from pure disdain. Haha...I'm spoiled.

We are most definitely going to see the kiss goodnight this time around! It sounds amazing.

Speaking of totally amazing, have you seen any video of the new Festival of Fantasy parade? It looks AMAZING. Random sidenote :offtopic:

And last but not least...WHY OH WHY DOES PHOTO LADY NEED TO BE SUCH A GRUMP?! HONESTLY that was just rude. Maybe she is usually one of Cinderella's ugly step sisters and she forgot to come out of character that day or something. What a poop.

Oh - sidenote. My husband (who bears an uncanny similarity to Matt on the personality front) says "There is no such thing as too much pumpkin spice latte...or any coffee for that matter." which when he said it, sounded hilarious because he sounded completely taken back by the barista joking about your addiction. Yeah...I think we will be visiting Starbucks daily as well. Hah!

OK, so I'm finally all caught up with your TR!! YAY!! I'm kind of sad for stumbling on to it so late because there were so many things I wanted to chime in on, but at this point it would take me forever to write about them all. So I'll just try to hit on a couple of highlights...

Beaches & Cream - YES!! It's a tradition for us on every single trip. It was one of those places I was dying to try before we went to WDW and we both totally fell in love with it. We usually end up there multiple times during trips, especially when staying at BWV or BCV - so much so that several of the servers recognize us. Which is actually nice because now we look forward to going back and catching up with our buddies. We always get a cheeseburger (with DOUBLE cheese...SO good) and split a No Way Jose. We have no shame and ask for extra peanut butter, which they bring to us in a dish on the side. THE. BEST.

I'm so glad you were able to see the MK Welcome Show and the Kiss Goodnight! Totally tear inducing, and so worth getting there early/staying late for.

I've never tried the American Dream or Raglan Road, but your TR has totally made me want to try both! Trying to work it into our next trip in November.

Holy cow, your costume was AHHHH-DORABLE! Both of you looked great, but your costume was pure genius. I remember that was around the time that I started following you on IG and I was totally impressed. I also remember being just a tad jealous that you got the HM Dooney while at MK. lol I took that day off from work to get over to Vault 28 early, and they were already gone. Like, by 6am, there were none left at DL (they handed out wristbands). Of course, I was so happy you got one, but admittedly I was bitter about everyone at WDW because they clearly received way more stock than DL did. Come to think of it, I never saw them in stock again at DL, but I heard of them coming into WDW a few more times...making me even more bitter. hahaha Thankfully I'm a night owl (note the time I'm posting this) and caught it when the Disney Store posted some stock after midnight one night. :lovestruc I love it so much! Have you seen what they're going for on eBay? Totally crazy. There was such a huge demand for it, and they seemed to cut the production so short. I feel so bad for all those that haven't been able to get one yet, and from what I hear, they're done making them. I really wish they'd make a wallet to go with it.

The ToT Tour sounds like such an incredible experience! I'm so glad that you were able to do it. It's so awesome how the timing worked out - don't you just love when things work out that way?! It's even better when the pixie dust falls on someone who can totally appreciate it, too. I can't even imagine what it must've been like to be able to step behind that velvet rope.....literally. We were at WDW when the Disney Parks Blog hosted a party the night before Star Tours 2.0 was set to re-open. We got lucky and were chosen from their lottery to attend. Then for being one of the first few selected, we received a 4-poster set signed by artists Casey Jones & Thomas Scott - I was totally geeking out cuz they make some of my favorite vinyls. We were able to meet them & chat as they signed them. It was right before Star Wars Weekends, so they had all the characters out, and we even had Princess Leia on one of our rides on the attraction. Although, the highlight for us was DH meeting Chewbacca & Boba Fett and for me, meeting the Ewoks. It was such an amazing night.

I was cracking up at Matt singing the song from the American Adventure! DH & I totally get that stuck in our heads! I have it on my Disney playlist from a CD set someone gave to me ages ago. I should delete it, but I just can't. It's one of those things where its so bad its good. Have you ever watched Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln? If not, you need to.... and stay till the end, then look over the doors. ;)

That CM at Splash was totally rude. Her comments & tone were so unnecessary!

I love your Dumbo story!! That part of your video totally cracked me up, but now knowing the story makes me want to go back & watch it again. Hilarious!

I loved your pic of Brer Rabbit. Just lovely. I could get lost in bokeh.

Um, OK - I have way more to say but *think* I piled on enough info in this post. ;) haha

Looking forward to the next update. :goodvibes

Caught back up on the last 3 updates. :cool1:

Loved your DH choice in shirts. DS has the same one and wore it this past summer on our trip.

030.jpg

All of your treats looked wonderful, but I am partial to a Kaki Gori as well. So refreshing.

You picked up some great souvenirs on this trip. Love the HM statue!! Really neat.

We did the "old attractions" this past trip as well. It is fun to go to the old stuff every once in a while. Kind of funny, too! Nostalgic. I can remember all those attractions when they were NEW! I still miss Cranium Command and Body Wars. I think it is a shame that the Wonders of Life Pavilion closed.

CHH is my favorite go to CS! It's never all that crowded and the seats upstairs overlooking the park are great! And the food is good there as well. Best tuna sandwiches ever!

Great last evenings in MK and DHS!

Not a fan of rude CM's. The one at the Splash PP area sounds like a real winner! :sad2: I can only imagine her attitude being appropriate if you walked up saying, "I sure do love flashing and flipping the bird in my ride photos!" Silly faces? ...Not so much!

The Kiss Goodnight is something I definitely should have made time for on our last pre-Paxton trip, because I sure don't think we stand a chance of seeing it anytime soon with a little one. It sounds amazing!! I have to go re-watch your video now to hear Matt saying wheeee on Dumbo and to see the Kiss Goodnight!

I forgot to say that your photos of Dumbo at night are gorgeous! I may have to go ride it at night now! :)

Hi Dani: got back from our trip on Sunday (I don't know how I did that car trip with out XM radio before) and I got caught up on your TR today. (Lot's of procrastination at work today :surfweb: ) Glad I din't get the end of vacation downers as bad as last time.

There is really too much to comment on so I am going to just highlight.

so your fireworks pictures (and pics in general) are just great. This was the most difficult thing for me to get good pics of with my new camera.

reading through your report just reminded me of all the things we wanted to try and do and forgot in our last visit: we wanted to really explore the nooks and crannies of Epcot, we went back in Morocco for like five minutes and sat down. It's hard when you love Epcot so much not to just keep walking and people watching. but the biggest mistake we made of not trying something (which I swear Jayne said she was going to get like three times, the last time just like a few hours before leaving the last time) the Nutella waffle !!!! I just skyped her after reading your review of it and started apologizing profusely for not getting this for her. Why I apologized I don't know, she kept reminding me she was going to get it and didn't, and I would maybe have only tried a bite of it since it is not on my radar, but I felt so bad for her not getting it :confused3

The kiss good night is something we will have to schedule time for in October, it's on the must do list.

So we pretty much did the same thing in WDW on the dumbo ride. we were walking by and I said I've never been on it, the line is low let's do it. I was hesitant, because well I'm a mature man with no kids why should I even want to be on that ride. But it is a classic and should be ridden...I just felt so weird being on that ride (should have done the manly wheeee)

you were really spoiled with your crowd levels. we were supposed to have low crowds at that time of year but it was crowded ( partly due to it being Mardis Gras and the whole state of LA pretty much heads to WDW then) I'm very jealous.

We stayed for the first time in a long time NOT in OKW on this last trip. It was hard being away from our bubble in a bubble, but also fun wandering around the Fort and letting nostalgia take over. However we have now committed ourselves to stay at beach club over our next available F & W celebration. I'm pretty stoked about that, especially storm along bay and night swimming.

the pools and the hot tubs are really the best cure for long days at the parks.
you must tell me more about this quicksand at the pool. I'm really looking forward to about twenty labs in the lazy river.

Great TR can't wait for the next one

I love the neuttla waffle. Get it every time we go. So looking forward to May to have one again.

Isn't it so cute that they switch out the Hub statues for Halloween? And now I'm wondering if they do it for Christmas too which I can't remember.

OK, that is just flat out odd with the Splash photo CM. And what really sucks is we don't get to see the photo!!!! We've all seen your ride faces, and none have ever even bordered on inappropriate. Was she expecting you to be a part of "Flash Mountain" at some point???

Wait, you just finished the waffle and now you're going to Columbia Harbour House?? :lmao: sorry, couldn't resist.

CHH for the win. My fav as well (if you don't count BoG of course).

Awwwww Wishes over the other castle. :lovestruc

I haven't been on Dumbo since I was a kid, but it's not that I wouldn't, I just haven't. But I totally would. It really is representative of THE Classic Disney ride experience.

GRRRRRRR the Kiss Goodnight. Dani, I am SO SO SO HAPPY you got to see and experience it. I've tried so hard to see this and it just NEVER happens when I'm there. Of course it doesn't help that the CM's all play coy about it. So frustrating. But one day... This WILL happen.

Nutella Waffle. OMG. Amazing. And that cupcake!

Uh, unless you're flashing the camera and flipping the bird, I can't imagine that your photo was that horrible! Crazy!

Dumbo is my favorite ride, and I don't care - I will ride it by myself happily, 5 times in a row if I could and love every moment!

I'm FINALLY caught up... AGAIN!! Only a month behind!! :lmao:

Looks like you had a great time and MNSSHP. Both of your costumes were awesome!!

I agree there is not enough time to do everything at the parties and the cost is so much. WE did the CA Grill viewing this time and its pretty great!

I didn't know the characters came out between Italy and AA.. Is that usually at a certain time of day?

I LOVE the Nutella Waffle!! Its so good!!

I don't know that I will ever be in the park after close.. we came close last time doing EMH but bailed just before the end I think.

Things to add to to-do list when next at Disney:

Have one of those peanut butter cupcakes.

Stay to see the Kiss Goodnight

Ride Dumbo at Night

Thanks for sharing,,,

HOW DID I GET SO FAR BEHIND?!

All of your food looks phen-NOM-inial. Probably because you're getting so dang GOOD with that camera, lady!

I love Ellen's, trust me I do, but Johnny and I made the mistake of riding it sliiiightly hungover and VERY tired before going around the WS for F&W, and I completely slept through almost the whole thing. Whoops. Haha

I'm so happy you finally got to see the Good-Night Kiss!!

PS- we are totally going to see you on Thursday. THURSDAY. THURS. DAY. LIKE SIX DAYS FROM NOW. <throws arms into air and waves them excitedly, a la Kermit>

Great update! Gotta try that Nutella Waffle. I tried the spicy chicken and waffle sandwich last summer which was great, but now the Nutella one is on the top of the list! The statue is really cool as well.

He'd even made jokes about how creepy it would be for him to just say "WHEEEEEEEEE" in a very low and manly voice.

HAHAHAHA oh my god this is so funny. I really hope I am in Disney at the same time as you guys someday so we can all creepily "whee" together.

I am definitely going to have to get a peanut butter cupcake at the bakery tomorrow. It will not be the same as Disney but whatever I feel like I can TASTE the picture you posted!

I have never heard of the goodnight show , what a great thing to experience I haven't been at a park at closing time once in the 12 times I have been on vacation there :confused3 ? I need to put his right , your trip report has added lots of things to My must do list thanks . One thing I have done is eaten a Nutella waffle they are divine:love: great updates again

It's not very well-known to most people but it really is amazing! It's worth hanging around for, I promise!

I LOVE those Nutella waffles... they're so amazing!

LOVE this latest update!

I only recently discovered that there is The Kiss Goodnight, and it's high on my list to experience on my next trip!

I'm also planning to eat at CHH for the very first time! :cool1:

Where oh where did you find that peanut butter cupcake? Yum!

Thank you! The Kiss Goodnight is AMAZING! I hope you get to see it!

CHH is great, they just have some different things to eat than the normal CS places which is nice.

Peanut Butter cupcake is found at Starbucks on Main Street! And trust me, you want one, they are FANTASTIC.

Ahhh the kiss goodnight! It sounds like quite the experience!

That waffle sandwich sounds to die for right now!

It IS! I highly suggest seeing it!

I know, it sounds amazing. I made a version of the waffle with Biscoff this morning, and it was good, but not the same... well especially since it wasn't COVERED in Nutella, hahaha.

Really enjoyed your latest updates Dani! :)

What was with that CM at Splash Mountain? There is a BIG difference between pulling funny faces & making inappropriate gestures on ride photos, so it makes no sense to assume that just because you do one, you're automatically going to do the other! And there's never any excuse for rudeness...

Speaking of Splash Mountain, I have just read the update on your Jan.2012 report where you & Matt got stuck on it for 50 minutes!! That is one of my worst nightmares!! I'm claustrophobic but fine as long as things keep moving...it's only when they stop unexpectedly that I start to feel trapped & panic sets in...I dread to think what state I'd have been in if I'd been in your position! :scared1: Bravo for keeping your cool!

Oh my goodness that peanut butter cupcake looks seriously yummy!!!!

I forgot to mention in my last comments how much I enjoyed reading about how you & Matt met each other & about your wedding - Loved the photos too - your dress was beautiful! :goodvibes Thanks so much for sharing!

Looking forward to reading more! :)

Very best wishes,
Siân.xx

Thank you so much!

I know, and we were just making stupid faces. She was so weird because she was nice at first, but then just got weird and rude. It was so odd.

HAHA, oh my gosh, did you watch the video I posted, too? It was ABSURD. My legs were cramping from being stuck inside the log. But we survived, and at the least, it was definitely interesting walking through the mountain! I would not say it was much fun though!

That PB cupcake is soooo good.

Aww thank you so much!! I thought it might be kind of fun to share since these TRs are always the two of us. :goodvibes

I am so loving your trip report. The picture you took of the castle after the Kiss Goodnight, is simply spectacular!! Wow. The one of you and Matt is very cute too. :)

Thank you! I really just adored the Kiss Goodnight so much. I can't WAIT to take tons of photos on our next trip of the castle.

Hahaha, they're actually fun to play in! Parts of the sand bottom pool have a quicksand effect. You can basically put your foot near the spot and your foot just sinks down to the bottom. Of course, the bottom is like a foot under the sand, and that area is like 3 feet deep, so it's not dangerous or anything. It's fun to stick your foot in there, hahaha.

I so agree! Those character interactions are the best. In January 2012 I got to meet Gideon from Pinnochio, which was so random but so awesome.

Ellen's id a full 45 minutes, yes, and it is TOTALLY worth it on a super hot day. The AC in itself is amazing, the ride is pretty chill, and I mean, Ellen is awesome. It's super outdated but still a good time!

Hahaha, YUP, exactly. This is why Pam is the best.

Oh bummer! I'm wondering if he got the same one that I did. Is it black with the original HM poster on it?

I so agree! It is just BEAUTIFUL. I can't wait to see it again.

Oh - sidenote. Yeah...I think we will be visiting Starbucks daily as well. Hah!

It IS amazing!! A must-try.

Ah you should do it! You should totally ride it because it's the best. Baby lines are why we keep coming back during the slowest times of year. I can't do crowds, ugh.

YAY FOR KISS GOODNIGHT! I promise you won't be disappointed.

Nope, I refuse to watch video of it! I want to see it in-person and have some surprises to it. I've definitely seen photos though.

I DON'T KNOW but she was a lame-o. Seriously, mega poop.

Hahaha, Matt would like your husband. There is never too much coffee. EVER. We really are addicted, and I'm glad we're not alone. ;)

OK, so I'm finally all caught up with your TR!! YAY!! I'm kind of sad for stumbling on to it so late because there were so many things I wanted to chime in on, but at this point it would take me forever to write about them all. So I'll just try to hit on a couple of highlights...

:goodvibes

EPIC COMMENT ALERT! I'll try to respond to everything, but no guarantees, haha.

OMG, twins. I LOVE BEACHES AND CREAM. And I might have gotten us multiple reservations for it in September. Well, I mean, now that they have reservations, guess we're going that route. BUT YES. And such a brilliant call on the side of peanut butter. YUM, that's my favorite part!

I agree, both were fantastic and I'm glad I saw them both this trip.

DO BOTH! I promise you won't regret it. RR is AMAZING and so is The American Dream.

Aww, thank you! I'm so glad you got the HM purse! Oh my gosh, they seriously sold out in like NO time. I'd heard they went super fast at DLR, and by like 11am they were gone in WDW. I couldn't believe it. And yes, I HAVE seen what they go for on eBay. It's bonkers... but there is no way I am giving mine up! I may not use it all the time but I freakin' love it. I would DIE for a wallet version of it. Oh my gosh, that'd be amazing.

ToT was awesome... but your Star Tours thing sounds BOMB DOT COM. Matt would have LOVED something like that, being the huge Star Wars nerd that he is. AND YOU MET EWOKS. Oh my god I CAN'T EVEN HANDLE IT. Just stop right there. I'm dead.

Bahaha, that song is terrible and cheesy and catchy. I still laugh at it. And we haven't done Great Moments yet, but we may have to in May! It's a classic, so yeah, we'll have to make that happen at some point.

The CM was dumb, and I have no idea what her issue was.

Hahaha, yeah, it was just SO freakin' funny since we'd talked about it... and then he let out that manly WHEEEE and I died.

I love me some bokeh... especially Disney bokeh.

I loved your comments!! They made me happy, so thank you. :)

Caught back up on the last 3 updates. :cool1:

Great last evenings in MK and DHS!

YAY! That's so funny they have the same shirt. It's a pretty fantastic one!

Kakigori is perfect for a hot day in Epcot, that's for sure.

We came back with some awesome stuff, and yeah, I'm glad we got that statue. It's a really fantastic piece.

It was nice to do old stuff.. but that was new to us/me! Matt misses old school Epcot SO much, and I wish I could have experienced it myself.

CHH really is an awesome place to go. I should try their tuna sammie sometime... but it's so hard because I love everything else, haha.

We still had a TON of time left for MK, haha. DHS isn't really our favorite park, so we tend to say goodbye to it a few days before the end of our trip so we can focus on our favorites.

Hey...came over from the FB Sept group! I'm totally addicted to your Trip Reports now. Must be because you're a fellow Bostonian ;)

Seriously, I love your reports. My dh and girls LOVE to do the funny/silly faces thing on ride photos. God help the CM who is rude to them about...I'm not only a Boston girl, I'm also a redhead :rotfl2: Sorry you had to deal with that...so rude!

Your descriptions of all the treats and snacks are making me want to try them all! I'm making a list of the best ones to try for when DH and I are there without the kids.

Thanks so much for all the laughs and allowing us to visit WDW with you!!! I forget what your Sept dates are but I'll have to keep my eyes open for you to say hello :)

Not a fan of rude CM's. The one at the Splash PP area sounds like a real winner! :sad2: I can only imagine her attitude being appropriate if you walked up saying, "I sure do love flashing and flipping the bird in my ride photos!" Silly faces? ...Not so much!

It sounds amazing!! I have to go re-watch your video now to hear Matt saying wheeee on Dumbo and to see the Kiss Goodnight!

Yeah, she was just not a pleasant old lady at all. I have no idea what her deal was.

Aww, yeah, that's kind of tough. I hope you get to see it at some point though, because it's just an awesome thing to see! And yeah, Matt's whee is during the first song of the video, and the Kiss Goodnight is at the VERY end before the bonus clips!

I forgot to say that your photos of Dumbo at night are gorgeous! I may have to go ride it at night now! :)

Oh thank you very much! I can't wait to get even more photos since it's SO beautiful at night time, seriously.

Hi Dani: got back from our trip on Sunday (I don't know how I did that car trip with out XM radio before) and I got caught up on your TR today. (Lot's of procrastination at work today :surfweb: ) Glad I din't get the end of vacation downers as bad as last time.

reading through your report just reminded me of all the things we wanted to try and do and forgot in our last visit: we wanted to really explore the nooks and crannies of Epcot, we went back in Morocco for like five minutes and sat down.

Well I'm jealous, because I WANT to be in Disney World! It's been too darn long!

Fireworks are hard to take photos of, especially without a tripod (which I don't carry with me around the parks). I DO have a Gorillapod, but I need to set it up on something, and even then, no guarantees. It's tough taking photos at night/on dark rides, but usually really fast DSLRs can do that, as long as the person knows what they're doing, haha.

AHHH just means you guys need to go back and get that Nutella Waffle! IT IS SO GOOD.

And yes to the Kiss Goodnight. It's the absolute perfect way to end a day in Magic Kingdom. It's amazing.

Dumbo was so much fun! I am going to make Matt go on it with me again in future trips, so really, it's okay. It'll be less awkward when/if we have a kid though, hahaha.

Ahh yeah, the one thing I fear is that September suddenly gets a bit busier, kind of like January 2012 was. I will have ZERO patience for crowds in that kind of heat. The only reason I go in September is the low crowds, because I really wasn't a fan of how hot it was. Okay wait, I lied, I also enjoyed that most attractions were open and the parks are open way later than in January. But still, heat is no bueno, so those crowds BETTER stay low, darnit!

Definitely do BC! We are going to be there for the first few days of F&W this year, though we only have plans to attend the soft opening the day before. It's going to be a mad house at Epcot otherwise.

I so agree, they can be very kind to an aching body! And the quicksand in the pool. They have these spots in the pool where if you put your foot on it, it will sink! But of course, the bottom of the pool is like 1 foot under the sand, so it's not going to pull you down or anything, haha. And the Lazy River is just awesome. Make sure you go down the slide! It's so worth it!

I love the neuttla waffle. Get it every time we go. So looking forward to May to have one again.

I agree, it's so good. Definitely a must-do for us on every trip!

Yeah, I love that they do that! I would think they'd do Christmas... you must find out, haha.

Yeah, it was SO weird! And I was so sad she didn't add it because it was a funny one, hahaha. Oh well, she's a lame-o. Flash Mountain. :rotfl:

HAHAHA yes, we just ate a ton! I also realized that on this trip, we split a TON of stuff so we could make room for lots of fun treats. It basically makes it look like we ate way more than we did, but whatever. DISNEY FOOD IS JUST TOO GOOD.

We're going to try to do Be Our Guest for lunch this next trip. We've done the dinner, and it's a great time, but I like the lunch choices over the dinner when we're not on the Dining Plan and have to pay out of pocket.

Dumbo is so much fun! It's ridiculously short, but it's the definition of a classic Disney ride.

YOU NEED TO EXPERIENCE IT.. like YESTERDAY. I hope you get to see it on your next trip. I know that YOU, of all people, will appreciate it. And I agree, it was impossible ti get info from CMs, half of them had no idea what I was talking about, or at least pretended I didn't. And the other half gave me the wrong info. Instead, it happened when I didn't expect it... which I guess in a way was kind of nice. ONE DAY it will happen!

I know, so much good food in one day! Seriously.

Haha, it wasn't bad, I swear. It was a typical photo from Matt and me, so I have no idea why she was such a crabapple.

I am going to have no shame in riding dumbo in the future. I loved it! It was so much fun.

YAY! It's okay, I'm behind on everyone's TRs and have no idea when I'll be able to catch up, WOMPWOMP.

MNSSHP was a total blast!

Okay, so you'd say watching it from the California Grill was worth it? I made us an ADR for there on the 16th at 7:30. I figure it gives us plenty of time to enjoy our meal and then go outside to watch the fireworks... at least, that's my hope!

I feel like I usually see them in the early afternoon. We've just been lucky with running into them so much during our trips!

Maybe try on a night when MK closes slightly earlier! September usually is around 9 or 10 on non-MNSSHP nights. It worked out pretty well for us though, I must say!

Things to add to to-do list when next at Disney:

Have one of those peanut butter cupcakes.

Stay to see the Kiss Goodnight

Ride Dumbo at Night

Thanks for sharing,,,

YES! Good call on ALL of those, seriously. I approve, haha.

I DO NOT KNOW WAH.

It was phenom! And thanks, lady! I'm trying to get better. My Disneyland photos I took in November were pretty fabulous, I won't lie.

Hahaha, I can see taking a nap on that ride, easily. I just loved the AC so much that day.

Yeah, the Kiss Goodnight was wonderful and made me all happy inside.

I know, it's kind of insane you guys will be here in a few days. WHOA NELLY.

hanging head in shame :(
...haven't been on the DIS in forever...going to TRY to catch-up....
:worried:

It's seriously okay! We all have times where we're not around the DISboards, so don't worry about it! :)

Great update! Gotta try that Nutella Waffle. I tried the spicy chicken and waffle sandwich last summer which was great, but now the Nutella one is on the top of the list! The statue is really cool as well.

Thank you! The Nutella is fabulous. We got the spicy one and the prosciutto one (which you'll see in a future update)... but that Nutella one is my faaaavorite. So good.

Hahahaha, LET'S MAKE THIS HAPPEN! I was dying when he did it, which you can hear in the video, Oh my gosh, so funny.

That sounds SO GOOD. I can't wait to get one when we're in Disney World again. Bah. Unless I find one in Disneyland in May, then I'll be good. But they have so many unique treats there, too, that I will be overwhelmed by the choices!
