Touring Strategy for DHS

I am using TP's customized plans for MK and AK but am struggling with DHS. We have young ones so ToT and RnR are not in our plan. Since there's a lot of scheduled "shows", I feel it's a little more difficult to have a set plan since one 10 minute variable can throw the whole thing off. With a bfast and late lunch ADR and JTA, it's going to be hard to know exactly what "time" we will be at an attraction. My thought was to just know what shows are our priority, print out a small map with them already highlighted and then, when there, use the upcoming show schedule in the Lines app "in the moment". Does this sound good? Does anyone else have a plan they follow? Our bfast ADR isn't until 9:45 so that should give us time to do at least TSMM and Star Tours - which are our two must do rides that may give us the longest waits.

The following site posts the stage shows, in-park and other on-property shows and their times for the CURRENT week.
(It is updated every weekend.)
The times may be "similar" for other dates as well.
