My DH & I have an upcoming trip to the World and we are wondering if we can take the tour of the POLY?

While right at this moment we don't intend to add on there, we're thinking we haven't been together in WDW for quite some time and with daughter getting married this summer, and his new job, we might not be there together for at least another year (although my schedule allows me to travel there more frequently:cool1:).

How do we go about setting up a tour, wait until we get there or put a call into the guide, or both? As you can see, it's been awhile :sad2:

We just returned and wanted to your the poly model as well. We went to the preview center at SSR. They are doing tours every 30 minutes from 1-4. We didn't make a reservation and other couples just showed up like us to tour

My wife and I were at Disney World about a week ago. We typically are one bedroom people because we like the washer and dryer and bigger bathroom. I must say, we were very impressed with the studios. Not only did they have a split bathroom (toilet, sink and tub/shower in one and walk in shower and sink in the other), they were huge compared to what I thought they would be. Easily, it could be said that the bathrooms are as big as say BWV one bedroom. In addition, the use of space was really good. There is a drawer on each side under the bed as well as a space to store suit cases. The nightstands are anchored to the wall and have open space underneath. Also the nightstands have a shelf underneath the top with outlets and a USB port for charging phones, etc. So this makes another good use of space so you don't have your phones, etc on another table. The studios are also visibly larger. They may be deeper but to me they seemed more wide than deep.

We don't plan on adding on at this time as we have a lot of points for us. But I would really like to stay here in the future.

I think the points for the studios seem fairly reasonable for what you will get in a studio and all the resort amenities. I think the points for the bungalows are outrageous and unjustified personally. But that is just my opinion. Even though we have enough points to stay in a bungalow. I don't think I ever wood because of the cost. I would definitely have to see them first and really be "wowed" before I would stay in one.

Thanks
