Touring Plans?

Hi! I've never been to either Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure. I'm planning my first trip this July. I know that I will need to head straight to the WWoHP and do the Forbidden Journey first, and then the other HP rides. Other than that, is there a specific touring plan that I should follow?

With IOA I think you've got the best idea...head to WWoHP first and then explore the rest of the park. There really isn't a touring plan people use so it's best to wing it. Check out the park map on the website and see what you really want to do.

Thanks, Metro West! I'm so used to Disney, with my touring plans to follow to be sure to get to everything. I doubt I'll even get to see a lot of anything else at IOA because of the time I'll spend in line at WWoHP.
