Touring Plans Questions/Help!!

We are using Touring Plans for the first time. I would love to get some feedback from those who have used them before. We are going in 2 weeks and the crowd levels are mostly 8/9/10. When I optimize my plans, the wait times for all the attractions seem so low. How accurate are Touring plans? We do plan to be flexible and to use them as a guide, so that we don't waste lots of time with 2 teens debating what we should do next!

We used a similar program in DL (ridemax) and it was eerily accurate. I'm hoping Touring plans is the same, since the predicted wait times are so low!!
