Anyone know of any touring plans for SeaWorld and Busch Gardens? We have one day at each park (limited time at Busch since we're taking the shuttle from Orlando), and I don't want to miss the best stuff. We won't be doing any of the rides, just want to see the most animals!

I do not have a touring plan but a must see and so is the show KaTonga and the ride Rhino Rally.

IMHO I think it puts the safari in AK to shame.

Enjoy the parks

I think you most likely won't need one for either park. Seaworld is easily doable in a day... so is Busch Gardens, especially if you don't do many of the rides. Just don't get "stalled" in the free beer room at the end of the brewery tour! LOL

SW and BG are both very large parks that are easily able to get misdirected in if you don't know where you're going. BG is also in another phase of reconstruction.

at SW, the trip from Dolphin Stadium to Shamu Stadium can easily be a half hour.

BG is going to be a lot more relaxed if you're not doing the rides. SW is very showtime-driven, so you may want to take a look at the shows you're interested and post them.

We had a touring plan for BG when we went last year. It is fairly spread out - check out the map on the website and the attraction descriptions as well. Since you are mostly interested in the animals, I would do Rhino Rally early as I understand it can get packed. Too bad about the rides - they have some great ones! Also, the smokehouse restaurant they have was pretty good. Nearby that is an ice cream stand with really good waffle cone sundaes. Have a great time and don't miss the white tigers, they are beautiful.

I agree, SW is big, but our experience has been that we really don't need to plan to avoid lines like at WDW. We do need to plan what we want to see, and showtimes, as Amity stated. But it is a very relaxed day for a park day, IMHO.

By the way, I'm typing this on my new MacBook. Sweet!
