Go to Big Thunder and get FP

Ride Phantom Manor

Ride BTMRR

Ride Pirates

Get FP for Peter Pan

Ride Pinocchio, Snow White, Dumbo

Ride Peter Pan

Where are you staying, onsite or offsite?

If you are staying onsite you will have access to to early opening. Fantasyland is open so this is the best time to go on Peter Pan, Dumbo etc.

If not then I would alter to
Go to Big Thunder Mountain and get Fastpass
Fantasyland Rides
Phantom Manor
Ride Big Thunder Mountain using Fastpass
Get Peter Pan Fastpass
Pirates of The Caribbean
