Touring plan with Early Entry at IOA

This is our 2nd visit. In Jan we had Early Entry at USF so we just stayed in USF after we were done with Diagon Alley. Next week we are going and the Early Entry is at IOA. Should we stay there through lunch or should we take the Hogwarts express over to Diagon Alley when the USF park opens? I know ride times for Forbidden Journey, Dragon, and Hippogriff really are not predicted to be long at any point of the day (being in the slow month). Would it make sense to get over to ride Gringotts as soon as we can??

Does any one know when the first train to Diagon Alley runs?

If you're staying at Cabana Bay where you won't get Express Pass, I'd consider making hoping right over to USF to pick up Despicable Me and Hollywood Rip Ride Rocket. Otherwise, I'd stay at IOA and hop at your leisure. Gringotts line tends to spike at rope drop then drop as the day progresses because everyone want to go there first. Also, even a moderate wait for Gringotts is not bad because the queue is so well done.

We were there a week ago and the first train from IOA ran at 08:15 each morning.
