I had a tp subscription for my last trip but I didn't use the lines app much because my dad caused so many time delays that I wasn't about to put our touring plans to use. He will be staying home this trip so I think we will stick to the personalized plans more therefore using the lines app. If I re-evaluate (as opposed to optimizing) after each step (because I prefer to keep the plan in my order) will it still update the plan as far as wait time info, etc?It doesn't help with the OP's concern about the first attraction of the day, but I'll point out that asking TP to re-optimize your plan after Step 1 will often be an improvement. The wait-time models are updated every 5 minutes once the park is open. A ride whose line is shorter or longer than expected, will get its wait-time estimates updated accordingly.
