Touring plan for Magic Kingdom

We are going end of August...DH, Me, 2 grand parents and our girls ages 3,7 & 9

We are doing MK on a Monday - no EMH

8:20 ADR Crystal Palace

Dumbo
Pooh
Peter Pan
Mickey's Philharmagic
Prince Charming Carrousel
Its a Small world
Haunted Mansion
Hall of Presidents
then on to SPlash Mtn or adventure land

We plan to take an afternoon break back to the resort- Can we get all the above (thru Hall of PResidents ) done from 9am -1pm- ish? What would be the best strategy to get Adventure land / splash mountain in in the evening?

I wouldn't plan on being out of breakfast until 10am, which means you'll be hitting Fantasyland as the crowds are building. Yes, you can probably get most or all of those done, but you may need to FP Peter Pan or save Haunted Mansion for the evening.

I'd send someone over to get FP for Big Thunder Mtn early in the day and when possible then get a FP for Splash Mtn. Save both and use them when you return to the parks in the evening. BTMR is so much fun in the dark!

Dumbo is going to be the snag in your plans. With your 8:20 ADR, by the time you get out of CP and over to Dumbo, the wait will easily be 30-45 min. If you can bypass Dumbo and maybe ride it as your last ride at NIGHT, then you'll probably be okay.

If you leave Dumbo for later, I'd ride Peter Pan first, then Pooh then back over to finish Fantasyland before getting HM and Presidents in.

Agree with PP about getting SM and BTMRR FPs throughout your morning and using them that night.

I disagree with the above pp who said you won't get out of CP until 10am. You should be out by 9:30. It generally takes an hour for all the characters to make their way around, and you should be seated at or very close to your ADR time since it's early enough that the restaurant shouldn't be backed up yet.

I would send 1 adult to get FP's for Peter Pan while the rest of the group does Dumbo. You could be looking at a 30+ minute wait at 9:30 though, fyi.

I think you will probably be able to do all those things by 1-1:30. Before you leave the park, get FP's for BTMR.

When you come back in the evening, get FP's for Splash Mt first thing.
Ride BTMR with the FP's you got earlier.
Then ride any other things in Adventureland you want until it's time to use the Splash FP's.

Be sure to arrive at Crystal Palace early! they may take you and if they do it will help your day run better. You could even consider sending 1 person out at 9 to get a Peter Pan fast pass and then return to breakfast.

I would skip dumbo if you are not there at 9.

I think you can get all of that done before 1:00 easily at the end of August.

I would play Dumbo by ear (no pun intended, although I did just give myself a little chuckle). If the line is already 30 + after your ADR, skip it, unless one of your kids is just dying to ride it. Then I'd suck it up and wait while other members of your party get FPs for Peter Pan.

If I were you, I would check out lines and if necessary, FP Splash and/or BTMRR before you take your afternoon break. Then ride them when you come back.

In Adventureland, the only thing you should have to FP is the Jungle Cruise. I would get that FP immediately upon returning after your break. You might have a short wait at Aladdin's Magic Carpets, but it's not usually too long. That's a beautiful ride at night.
