Could someone review my HS itinerary? It’s ambitious so give it to me straight if you don’t think it can be done. We’ll be visiting on Martin Luther King Day (Monday, busy).
9:15 Toy Story (FP)
9:45 Great Movie Ride
11:00 Beauty and the Beast
12:00 Frozen (FP)
1:00 Lights, Motor, Action
1:45 Honey I Shrunk the Kids
3:00 Indiana Jones
4:00 Sci-Fi Dinner
5:40 Little Mermaid (FP)
7:00 Fantasmic
Would I need a FP for Little Mermaid? I’d really like to use it earlier on so I can try for a Fantasmic FP. Really hoping they’ll add another Fantasmic so we can take it slower or fit in Muppet 3-D Vision.

Oh yeah, lunch isn't in there..... could I squeeze breakfast/early lunch in between Great Movie Ride and Beauty and the Beast? Not sure how long We'll have to wait for the Great Movie Ride.

I really appreciate the input. This is my fist trip trying to do touring plans, as I never needed them years ago!

I think if you shift things around, you could get a whole lot more done. Start by moving your fastpasses to late morning/early afternoon - starting around 11:00.

So move Toy story FP to later? I found it a bit difficult to get all the shows in as most don't start until 11:00. That's the reason for hitting up toy story early with a FP.

That is a sticking point. I would make a touring plan by blocking out the day in 30 minute blocks and put the shows in as late as possible, then put in the more popular attractions in as early as possible, and then fill in with fastpass attractions.

I second the "Move Great Movie Ride" first - no need to even change your Toy Story FP, just do it after, so the wait at GMR is shorter. Then you can hit up TS right after with a relatively short FP wait.

I don't think your schedule looks too ambitious at all. Being at the park from Rope drop to close makes for a long day, but you have given yourself plenty of time to do the attractions you have listed. And I think you've planned out the showtimes well.

It's hard to find any Quick Service restaurant in HS open before 11:00, so I think you'll have to do lunch AFTER the Beauty & the Beast show. Should be time to do it before 1:00 Lights Motors Action.

I agree with others about doing Great Movie Ride at Rope drop, and then doing Toy Story Mania. It looks like there is a Frozen Singalong at 10:00 so you might be able to make that show. If not, you can certainly do some attraction between Toy Story Mania and Beauty and the Beast (perhaps Little Mermaid or Muppets).

I think your idea of using up your three FP+ early so you can get a Fantasmic FP+ makes sense. Little Mermaid probably won't really "need" a FP+ although it could be useful on a busy day like MLK Day.

Agree about doing one of your attractions at RD and then using Toy Story. It's the best time to ride something with a short wait. Last week we did RNRC at RD, then met 4 characters at 9:30 and then rode TSMM at 10:15 with FP. Worked great!

If you do GMR first, then TSMM with FP, you might be able to catch the 10:00 Frozen show. That will give you time to have lunch between BatB and LMA. Or, since you have an early dinner, just make sure everyone has a god breakfast before you go to the park and grab snacks in between shows to tide you over until your 4:00 dinner res.

Yes, prayer always does seem to make things easier. :D

(Sorry about the pun. Just couldn't resist!)

Thanks everyone!!! Some good ideas!! I'll be going over the plan and revising!!
