Touring Plan and timing of FP+

I am planning our first Disney trip for the first week in March and am thinking of following a Touring Plan. I'm also trying to select our FP+ as well.

My question: If the Touring Plan has a popular attraction at 10:51am, for example, and suggests using FP+, should I select 10-11am for my FP+ or should I bump it to 11am-12pm, with the assumption that we'll always be running a little behind schedule (with 12 month old, 6 yr old, and 8 yr old)?
