If you do split stays ??

This is a very interesting strategy I never considered! Nice if you want to save some points, but still get your one-bedroom.

We also just stayed in a BLT 1 bedroom, then moved to the VGF 2 bedroom during spring break with high season points. Both rooms and resorts were great! Didn’t have to wait long for our room on split day and the pool at VGF treated us well.

something that just dawned on me that may be foolish of me for not thinking of it before ...how do LL passes work with a split?

as I mentioned up thread, my splits so far have been 1 night on either end of the trip, so I've never thought about the LL of it all, since I just book them once the booking window opens for my longer reservations. but on this trip, we're doing 3 nights and then 2 nights. Can I make LLs for the duration of the stay, or will I have to do it on two different days? this planDisney article makes me think I can book them all at once, but it's been a long week https://plandisney.disney.go.com/qu...reservations-split-stay-disney-resort-618938/

LLs work much better than dining with splits. If you have continuous nights over multiple reservations you can book everything from your first check-in date window.

Dining does not work like this.
