I'm considering a trip to Universal in the fall and am curious whether there is a recommended way to tour the parks (similar to TGM, Passporter, etc.).

Thanks!:goodvibes

Hi one of the best ways to tour the Universal parks is to stay on-site 1 nights stay will get you two days Front Of Line Access (FOTL) this allows you to bypass the regular queues and feel like a VIP :goodvibes

Get to the parks EARLY. This means to get to the parking deck at 8:00 if the parks open at 9:00. Depending on the crowds, sometimes they let you in before opening(we got in 30 minutes before one day in October). This way you are ahead of the crowds that seem to get there at 11:00. We were able to ride everything we wanted before the crowds got there, with no waiting.

Thanks for the advice! This may sound like a dumb question, but should I assume that the Universal parks are just as crowded as the parks in WDW at the same times of year?

I'm probably going for a quick overnight with my sister or mom this fall when we go to a wedding in FL (DDs & DH are staying home). BUT I'm thinking about tagging on a trip to Universal if/when we do a trip to WDW in Feb. We'd head to WDW the Tuesday before Pres. week, stay there until the following Tues., then head to Universal for a few nights. What do you think? Will it be a madhouse that time of year?

Bumping to see what others think about going over Pres. week...:goodvibes
