Tour Question

I know that we can only book 30 days in advance and pay for the tours up front.

Does anyone know what the cancellation policy is? I can't locate it on the DL website?

I believe it is a 48 hour cancelation notice. I would ask when you book.

Thanks! The CM on the phone talked about not being able to transfer or cancel dates once booked but that just didn't seem right. I usually hang up and call back to speak with another CM that might have more information but the hold time was a bit long so I thought I'd try here.

OK, VIP tours are cancelable 48 hours out, once you are inside the 48 hours, you are charged for 6 hours. Tours like Walk in Walt's Footsteps may not be cancelable. I know Fantasmic! premium seating (when they had it) was not cancelable.

When we booked our tours last Christmas, we were told that the bookings were non-cancelable and non-refundable. 6 guests on one of our tours didn't show up (yay for us -- it was almost a private tour), but the CM did mention that the no-shows would be charged in full anyway.

Every time we have taken a tour there was a non cancelation claws. No refunds once booked, and charged to your credit card when booked.
