Tour of the galley

Hello, My wife and I are taking our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter on the Disney Dream in October of this year. Our son-in-law is a Chief Petty Officer in the Navy. He is a culinary specialist, therefore he has spent his career working in a ships galley. We would love for him to be able to see the galley. I was wondering if anyone has ever received a tour of the galley on a Disney ship? Are there tours you can reserve? Looking for any information concerning these questions. Thanks

They used to do galley tours but don't regularly anymore. It is mostly on the longer cruises. You can inquire at Guest Services when you board.

Definitely contact CM at the DCL site (https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/), ask for a supervisor and explain your extremely unique request. We (DH and I) did the galley tour on the 14 day EBPC cruise. It was fantastic. I still remember every detail for each meal.

You need to get with the cruise director for Dream and get a one-on-one request. This is a great opportunity for both DCL and SIL (even though I am Army). Move on this request all the way to the top... The Mouse.
