Hi,
I only know a little of this service so I was wondering what exactly it provides and whether you have found it usefull on your trips?

Thank you :thumbsup2

After a long dilemma I went with Touringplans.com. I had used their books in the past and loved them so I signed up to their online service last year and didnt' regret it for a moment.

Regarding a site for tackling the parks and general useful advice and information the two main choices are Tourguidemike and Touringplans.com.

People either use both or are heavily loyal to one side or the other. I am pro Touring Plans. It depends what you want from it.

Another Vote for touring plans :thumbsup2

I subscribed to tourguideMike for our very first trip and didnt really find it easy to navigate my way round and felt that I didnt find anything of interest/useful.
So for the next trip I tried Touring plans and I love it !!

I agree with Tiggies thoug it depends what you are looking for x x x

Just to add to what Louise said re. depending what you are looking for, TGM will take a lot more of your own work and research. For those who love it, this is part of the enjoyment. TP has lots of interesting information, but if you just want a good touring plan or 6 for each park and recommendations for best park of the day, you can actually print it off of Touringplans or rip it out of the book and you're good to go, with little or no work to be done. Also a year on Touringplans.com will cost you about $10. TGM subscriptions only run up until your next trip so if you only go once a year or less often, it is more than adequate. On the other hand, I am planning my second trip on my same TP subscription that I used for the last one. I will renew as I really enjoy their updates. They also do a podcast called WDW Today which is free to download on iTunes and they post a new one every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Thanks to both of you. I'll look in to touring guides as I had never heard of it before, I may just buy the book and use that.

2tiggies- on another post about momentos you asked to see a photo of my throw but I have no idea how to post photos on here so I haven't been able to I'm affraid .
:thumbsup2

If I were you I would do some of your own research, ask questions on here and other forums and end up having a bit more money in your pocket to spend.

Hiya

I did TGMike - twice - his not so busy day guide is the best!! We found the parks to be quiet on the days we followed his advice - and heaving on the one day we couldn't... The forums over there are great for advice too.. There is lots of other info on the site too, but the guide to which park to go to on which day and why is invaluable!

I have both and looooove them!!!!

Also will be resubscribing to Ridemax. All in all the 3 together are like £30 and give me so much planning fun that I think it's worth it!
