Thank you, Mike!! I really appreciate all your hard work....and everyone you work with too! I knew it had to be a really awful problem to keep your site down for so many days! SO glad it'll be up soon!! (Now my refresh button really will break!! LOL!!)

And I think we should thank all the very nice DIS forum members who “hosted” us these past two days while we were “homeless.” It made it a little easier dealing with our withdrawal having a place to still go to for our Disney fix. Many of us found the TourGuideMIKE site through the DIS and still use the DIS on a regular basis enjoying both. Thanks again.

It's so nice to see some of my TGM "family" over here! Thanks Mike, for letting us know what is going on. What a rotten thing for someone to do. You know we'll be back "home" as soon as we can!

Anyone want to make a friendly wedger on what TGM most users on online number will be set tonight.
Like everyone else I am glad he has found the problem, I didn’t have a problem with the site being down as much as I felt we could have been clued in sooner with just a very basic post.

The first time I used TGM, the information that I got from the site and subsequently was able to secure a special moment for my family, I would have paid hundreds for that inside information. So I have rejoined twice since then and also purchased a subscription for my brother, but the way I figure it I am still indebted to TGM site.
I just hope all those that may ask for a refund, take a moment to ask if they have received some information that would have paid at least $20.00 and if so then maybe they should reconsider.

I'm taking a different perspective on our little break. I hope all those folks that have had unfinished trip reports or ones to do got crackin on those. I'd love to come back to a flurry of trip reports to read and with the time off people have certainly had the time to write them!

A slight update: Our IT guy is meeting with an IT Security Specialist at 4:30 p.m. this afternoon who we have hired to review our server and security settings. Because of that, I'm not expecting for us to be back online until after they have completed their review and made any changes he suggests. By dinnertime hopefully? That's what they told me.

For the record, our actual web sites WERE secure which is why they were not damaged or altered in any way as best as we can tell. It was the server hosting them that was accessed by this individual.

I'll post back here once we're back online, although I wouldn't be surprised if I'm beaten to the punch.

We have been down so they are not up yet at tourguidemike.com, but know that they are a top priority for this evening. I am already working on the September Least Crowded Parks charts, however, via Disney's own web site.

I was actually considering signing up for TGM for our trip this June with 7 of us going, now I'm even more curious about what's so great about it that I don't already know after so many visits.

I thought the same thing, but have never really given him a try, and since this will be the first time we go during the busy June season, I thought I would see if he really is right about not waiting in too long of lines. I have made my plans around what he says about the crowds -- so far just the best days to go -- I am trying now to come up with a daily itinerary based on his info to help us avoid the lines -- that is really the only reason I purchased it. If not for that, like you said, I don't know if he would give me any other info. that I didn't really already know. Maybe the best locations for see the parades and fireworks, but that would be it. I figure that the amount of money we are shelling out for this trip, the $20 was worth at least a try to see if he did help avoid the lines.
