I click the link above and it doesn't say anything about saving $3. It takes me to the full price page. I'd like to sign up, but is there still a discount running?

It should still be running.

If I remember right from when I signed up, you have to click all the way through and the discount will be applied at the checkout page. You should see it before you have to click purchase.
