Great photos! Whereabouts were they taken - it looks familiar and I know they were going past my DS's school at some point...

They were taken in St Margarets Street in Rochester.

No, photography is a hobby of mine. They wanted spectators to send in some photos of the event, so I emailed them and the editor asked me to contact him for a quick chat and he menioned Fridays paper for the pull out they are doing, although a couple were posted in the Monday edition too.

We were watching in a little village called Teston and we stood in the middle of one of the sprints, it was a tough sprint as it was also uphill!

I just did a search for Tour de France threads and I just saw these pics for the first time. My DH wants to witness part of the tour sometime in his life. Maybe next year. *sigh*
