Tour de France, anyone go?

We've just got back from watching the Tour de France near Maidstone, we had a great spot but it was over so quick literally 30 seconds and they were gone! That was 3 and a half hours sitting at the side of the road well spent DH liked it though!

Just wondered if anyone else went to watch it?

Yeah I went with my dad, we were in Rochester, the road we were on they were a little bit slower.

We did get photos, Dh took about 100 mostly the caravan at the start though but I haven't loaded them up yet!

I couldn't get many pics of that as it was moving too fast, so my dad filmed those bits.

I would love to go a see the final stage on the Champs Elysses one year.

We saw the start in London! We didnt get there till quite late but got a great spot by the first bridge, only had to wait 10mins for them to start!

DH and my Dad liked it though!

We didnt go. I was a night shift and I saw many people walking down chatham hill and around Rainham where I lived. When I parked up near my house. People were jumping into each others cars.
