Tough time getting ps mid-March!

We just phoned on the weekend to *try* to get some Character meal PS for the week March 13-19. We said anytime, any day, and got none of these: CRT (duh, didn't expect to, but worth a shot), Epcot Princess Storybook breakfast, or the GF 1900 park fare dinner. We DID get one for the LTT dinner, so we are pleased with that. We had only wanted to try a couple of
character meals, and I know we left it until a month out, but I was really surprised we couldn't get much.

Of course we were told to keep trying, there are always cancellations, and we will. I guess that's an indication of how busy that week will be !

Sorry.....but don't forget - lots of times people will make ps's and not show - if you go at off times you will probably get in.....also, don't forget about the ice cream social at Garden Grille ( I believe) Also, Donald's Breakfastsaurus at AK.

That's odd it seemed pretty open last week.. I called over the weekend for PSs for March 11-17 and pretty much got what I wanted. I got an 8:30 Chef Mickey's PS, which I can see as undesireable, but we planned on stopping there after the MK closes.

We are doing the Cape May breakfast on the 17th, and pretty much had our choice of times as far as that restaurant was concerned. Our other eating options are not character meals, so maybe that's why...

Call back closer to the arrival dates, and hopefully someone will cancel. Or just go there and wait to be seated, sometimes that works even better than having a PS. Either way, everything will work out and you'll have a great time.

I called 2 weeks ago and got all my PS's the only charachter meal we are doing this trip is Chef Mickeys for breakfast at 11:15 am (we are making it into an early lunch) but I also got Ps's for Ohana's and Boma's without a problem. I would keep trying or try some other restaurants as you have chosen the most popular princess meals.

Thanks for the replies....I know we had trouble because we were trying only princess character meals (with the exception of the LTT, which we got). For any other regular meal, we're content to just wing it, and go for what seems good at the time. I was *hoping* to get one princess meal. DD would be pretty excited, but luckily I hadn't even mentioned the possibility of it, so she won't be disappointed if it doesn't happen. I guess mommy should have been on the phone much earlier than last weekend. We will keep trying, especially as it gets closer, and hope for cancellations.
