Touch of Magic Pass

As a way of celebrating 100 years of Disney a travel agent is offering:
5 days/4 night vacation which includes "Disney Touch of Magic" Pass (admissions for 3 days) staying at the Disney Good Neighbor Main Gate hotel for only $149 per person. Up to 3 kids stay free.

I just received this from a friend and wondered if anyone has any input on this? Does the hotel exist? If so, where is it? Any others heard of this deal? TIA

I don't believe that's the actual name of the hotel. Instead, I think it's a designation given to certain hotels operating just outside of WDW property.

I called and of course....too good to be true! It's a timeshare presentation and I DO NOT want to be hassled w/ that on my vacation! It's just not worth it.
