Touble Deciding

Im having troubles deciding on which hotel to stay for this dec trip. Which would you choose and why?

Contemporary-tower mk-leaning twards this one.
Beach Club-water view
yaht club-water view
AkL-savannha view-Love but, have already stayed there.

If i stay at the beach or yaht club which resort is better? Are they pretty much the same? We probably wouldnt be swimming. Maybe not sure. What should I suggest for view w/fireworks?

I would chose contemp. with the tower because i always wanted to stay there but funds didn't permit even though free dining we chose the wl but i would love to try it one day.
